See it before you pay

This isn’t a recorded course. You make the decisions.

Half a minute inside the product: the screen you run the store from, the calls it puts in front of you, and what happens to the numbers when you make them.

Simulation demo video33 seconds, recorded inside the simulations. Real screens, not mock-ups.
  1. Decision

    You set the floor

Breakfast peak, one person short. You decide who picks, who packs and who runs dispatch — then keep deciding as the morning argues back.

  2. Consequence

    The store answers

Click-to-dispatch, the number a dark store is judged on, moves in seconds. Orders queue. Riders wait. Nothing resets while you think.

  3. Score & profile

    Your operator profile

Every decision, how long you took and the queue behind it are scored across five dimensions — and become the profile you keep.

Five simulations like this one, one a day, 12 – 18 Oct 2026.

Day 6 · Your Operator Profile

The part you keep: how you actually decide.

Every decision you make in the simulations is recorded — what you chose, how long you took, and what was waiting behind it. On Day 6 that becomes a profile of how you work under pressure. This is a real screen from the product, not a mock-up.

An Operator Profile: a readiness score of 79 out of 100 titled Methodical Investigator, a decision signature, five scored competencies, three moments where the operator was strong, and one area to develop.
An example profile from the Day 2 inventory audit. Yours is written from your own decisions, and is a practice assessment — not an employment certification.
  • A score, and what it makes you

A readiness score out of 100 and the operator signature behind it — in this run, a Methodical Investigator who follows the evidence before committing.

  • Competencies, scored from your decisions

Inventory reasoning, root-cause thinking, evidence discipline, prioritisation and loss-prevention judgement — each one read from what you actually did, not a questionnaire.

  • Where you were strong, in your own moments

The profile quotes your run back to you: the missing scan you kept chasing, the stock the system had given up on, the difference you held between presence and proof.

  • One thing to work on next

A single key area to develop, with the evidence for it — the sort of note a good manager would give you after the shift.

Experience the 7-Day Challenge

Questions, answered

What is Q-Com?

Quick commerce — groceries and daily essentials delivered in minutes from small neighbourhood warehouses called dark stores. Someone runs each of those stores. For seven days, that is you.

Do I need operations experience?

No. Every day opens with a short brief that tells you where you are and what is at stake. The challenge is built for people who want to find out whether operations suits them.

How much time does it take?

About 15 minutes a day for Days 1 to 5, time with your Operator Profile on Day 6, and the live AMA on Day 7.

What do I need?

A phone or a laptop and a stable internet connection. The simulations run in your browser — there is nothing to install.

What is the Operator Profile?

A read of how you work, built from what you actually did in the simulations — every decision, how long you took, and how deep the queue was behind it. It names your strengths, the habits you repeat and where you lose time. It is a practice assessment, not an employment certification, and it is yours to keep.

Will I get a certificate?

Yes. Complete all five simulations (Days 1 to 5) and attend the live AMA on Day 7, and your certificate of completion unlocks in your account — with your name, the challenge dates and a verification link — ready to download and add to LinkedIn. It shows you completed the programme; your scorecards and Operator Profile are a practice assessment, not an employment certification.

How do I register and pay?

Enter your name, phone and email in the registration form, and you go straight to a secure Razorpay payment page — UPI, cards or netbanking. The offer price is ₹499 for all seven days.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund if you cancel before the challenge starts on 12 Oct 2026. Message us on WhatsApp with your payment ID before 12 Oct 2026. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 7 working days. If we cancel or reschedule the cohort, you get a full refund whenever you ask.
